We will have in-person registration by scheduled appointment starting August 9th and ending August 13th. To schedule an appointment, call 319-526-3716 until Friday, August 6th. Starting Friday, August 6th, you can schedule your appointments by calling a school office. Times for scheduled appointments for August 9th through August 13th are listed below:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday, Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

If you lost your Parent Account password, use the account recovery option. If the account recovery does not work, please create a ticket or contact Austin at 319-526-3716.

Contact Sarah Hackett at 319-526-3717 if you have questions for Food Service. Paper applications will be available on our website for download or at the schools to be completed.

If you have questions regarding Bus Transportation, you will want to schedule your appointment at Hawthorne Elementary.

  • Students will not be allowed to ride the bus until a completed transportation request is made during registration and someone from the bus garage contacts you.

SCC concurrent course fees at Keokuk High School will be charged to your child’s account 1-2 weeks after school starts.

New to our District?

For anyone registering a student that was not enrolled in our district on the last day of school, must provide the following:

  • Proof of birth date (e.g. Birth certificate, hospital record of birth, baptismal record)
  • Immunization records: diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus, polio, measles, mumps, and rubella. All children must be immunized for these diseases before they may attend school.
  • Proof of Residency
  • The name and address of your child’s previous school

To determine bus eligibility and signup for bus service, please come to registration or contact the Bus Garage at 319-524-3690.

Statewide Voluntary Preschool Program

Students that are 4-years-old by September 15, 2020 and students that are 3-years-old through 4-years-old with an Individual Education Plan (IEP) may attend Torrence Preschool. Please contact Hawthorne Elementary & Torrence Preschool’s Principal at 319-524-3503.

Elementary (K-5)

Students in grades K-3 will attend Hawthorne Elementary. Students in grades 4-5 will attend George Washington Elementary.

Middle School (6-8)

High School (9-12)

  • School Supply Lists — students do not receive school supply lists as their classes vary.   During the first few days of school, students will receive information from their classroom instructors regarding what supplies will be needed.
  • Dental Screening Form – required for all new students and ninth graders
  • Physical & Concussion FormsRequired for athletics
